Quando una persona può definirsi “di valore”? Mi riferisco al valore morale dell’individuo.
Ci penso da tempo, e mi sono fatta un’opinione, però basandomi di più sulle condizioni che non rendono da sole una persona valorosa, o rispettabile, encomiabile, degno di stima.
- Il denaro non rende di valore una persona. Il denaro è una cosa esterna alla persona, e pertanto non può incidere on its morality. And mind you, the money itself is not negative, as is often said, but it's human greed it to make actions - more human - negative.
- A degree does not give value to a person. Can bestow authority, states that its owner has specific expertise in a given subject, but a moral level, does not endorse nor give anything.
- The social status does not indicate the value of a person.
- existing rules, though often admirable, does not make a brave person.
- outwardly follow the precepts of religious belief does not make a person of value.
So what is a brave person?
